So, here I am - I finally made a decision to write something by myself. I realized that practicing my writing skills is almost like riding my bike: I have to do it over and over again and it'll get easier :) ...maybe it is not like riding then :) It's still pretty good to have an excuse that English is my second language, so please understand if I write like a kid.
I arrived in Los Angeles yesterday and got picked up by our good friend Alex Boone . He is the best host ever and he makes me feel like I'm at home. We got up in the morning and the weather was just perfect. Ohhh, I love the sun. Alex got really "sick" and he couldn't go to work, so we went to Fontana to check the course out.  It was awesome! He pre-rode the course with me and gave me few tips so I'm ready to rock and roll on Saturday:)
We stopped at Helens Cycles bike shop on the way back home. Alex picked his new beautiful bike and I had fun seeing those guys at the shop and especially making fun of Vu who drives his Super Fast Subaru WRX like an old lady, haha.
We got home and Alex made an amazing dinner, so good... I'm getting ready for bed. There is olny a 3 hour diffrence between NY and CA  but I feel pretty whooped...how I used to fly to Poland every few weeks where the difference is 6 hours??? I don't know.  Maybe I'm getting old.
I guess I will be up for a while because Alex is putting his new bike together and is riding circles around the apartment...those California people (...)   :)

  Happy rides,
Aleksandra
